National Association of Medical Simulators (NAMS)
Annual Membership Form Information

The aims of NAMS are:

1. The development and application of simulation in education, training, research and quality management in medicine and health care.
2. Facilitation, exchange and improvement of technology and knowledge throughout the UK.
3. Establishment of combined research facilities.

Membership:

Membership is open to individuals who are actively involved in issues using simulators as well as the practical application of simulation in areas of education, training and research in healthcare.

Membership year runs from 1st October until 30-September at a cost of £5 per annum
For those attending the annual meeting the fee will be taken with the conference payment.

Reduction in annual scientific meeting registration fee

Access to NAMS research database
Voting rights for election of NAMS officers
Voting rights at Annual General Meeting
Right to stand as NAMS officer
Representation on NAMS working groups

Application process:

.New members shall be accepted by the Executive Committee.
Applications should be made by printing off and completing the application form. The form should then be sent to the NAMS Secretary with a cheque for £5 made payable to NAMS.
